At ARDA, in April, we displayed new video book presentations. They attracted a lot of attention! Our theme, Reveal the Experience, illustrated perfectly how “A picture is worth a thousand words… A video speaks volumes.” The video contained new projects, as well as other custom presentation products from some of our factory partners. It was a great vehicle to engage our audience for 3 minutes. It also illustrated the breadth of our capabilities. Most importantly, it separated our audience. Those recognizing the value of video presentations were glad to receive our video book. On the other hand, those only collecting convention handouts completely passed us by!!
When contemplating the best way to engage your audience at a convention or trade show, focus on the message to be delivered, the manner in which it is delivered, and the connectivity it establishes. Set yourself or your company apart in the marketplace clutter by being memorable. In that regard, video presentations may work well for your project.
